During the last four years we've developed and implemented our own proven and robust Content Management System, which is modular by platform and designed to allow for almost any functional requirement. It's constantly evolving.
Over the last few months we've been thinking how to make the CMS more user friendly and simple to use. The latest improvement is the addition of an evolved Rich Text (RT) editor; we now use Tiny MCE which we think provides much greater flexibility for the input and editing of text, imagery and links. Other enhancements include better form validation, use of silk icons to give administrators signposts to familiar functions, localisation features and integration of a screencast help system.
Lots of minor ongoing updates are implemented weekly to improve life for content editors and administrators. We'd be delighted to receive feedback from any of our customers who use the CMS to see how we could improve it further.

We are on our bikes!
Britain's amazing success at the Bejing Olympics is helping to fuel an upsurge in cycling, and the signs are things will only get better. More money is being spent on improving Britain's cycling facilities and encouraging people to get on their bikes than ever before. In the last few years towns and cities throughout the UK have unveiled spending plans aimed at boosting cycling.
To help promote healthier journeys to work and to reduce environmental pollution, we have introduced under the Government's Green Transport Plan our own Cycle to Work scheme that will encourage us all to cycle to work. The only thing that is stopping us at the moment is the good old British summer!
