We are delighted to have designed and recently launched to a wide corporate audience, a new B2B brand identity and suite of marketing communications for Basingstoke based property services company, HCR Group - MYTAS.
MYTAS is a new and unique property service that offers property of all sizes and quality for corporate leasing, at an all inclusive fixed monthly price. The principal idea is convenience and piece of mind as opposed to the administration and negotiations required to manage serviced property. The cost savings are potentially considerable too.
The challenge set by our client was to design an engaging and striking visual brand that stood clear of the competition in the commercial property sector; something that reflected the unique offering of MYTAS which would appeal to a visually switched-on tech and mobile savvy professional audience.
As you'll see from the result above, the solution presented for the logo is purely typographic - combining the M and Y with a shadow effect to create the 'houses'.
The subsequent brochure - a 10 page square concertina fold with slip case - and responsive, parallax scrolling website were developed to complement each other and stand in their own right as compelling pieces of marketing design.
